The primary workshop laptop will be a PC (with Microsoft Office 2007), however, we will also have a Mac available (with Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac) in the event of any compatibility issues. Please review the workshop agenda for details on the planned duration of your talk (with questions). Poster PresentationsPoster presentations will take place in the NWC atrium during the afternoon of March 25, 2009. We will have easels with foam mounting boards as well as push pins and clips available for setting up your posters. All posters must be put up during the morning of March 25 to allow for viewing throughout the day. Locations will be assigned and labeled. Poster size should not exceed 42" by 60" in order to fit on the boards. We highly encourage using a landscaped format. Please contact James if you have any questions. Reserving Rooms for Side MeetingsWe have reserved several additional rooms (NWC 1350 and NWC 1120) for the purposes of any side meetings or discussions throughout the course of the workshop. Each of these rooms is equipped with standard A/V equipment (LCD projectors, etc.) as well as white boards if needed. Please contact James if you would like to reserve NWC 1350 (75 seat seminar room) or NWC 1120 (25 seat conference room) for a separate meeting. |
