CPAS 2009 Workshop Registration

Registration for the Climate Prediction Applications Science Workshop is required by March 16, 2009. The registration costs are as follows:

• Full conference: $300 (early bird rate of $275 for registrations received on or before December 19, 2008)
• Single day registration: $125
• Student registration: A limited number of waivers for the student registration fee are available. Otherwise, the student registration fee is $250. Please contact for information on the waivers.

The registration fee includes one conference dinner, three lunches, a welcome reception, and snacks. Registration can be paid using credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), OU transfer code, purchase order, or check. To register for the workshop, please download, complete, and either fax, mail, or email your form to the Oklahoma Climatological Survey (see form for instructions). You will receive confirmation of your registration (to the email address you provide) within one week of reception of your fax. Cancellation policy: Attendees who find that they cannot attend must give notice of cancellation in writing in order to receive a partial refund of the registration fee. Notice of cancellations received on or before March 16, 2009 will be charged a $50 handling fee. No refund is available for cancellations received after that date. However, you may send an alternate in your place.
