Free visitor parking is available at the National Weather Center in the first two rows of the parking lot near the retention wall. Be sure to park in the area labeled as visitor parking (signs are posted every few spaces in this section).

Free shuttle service will be provided from the Hilton Garden Inn to the National Weather Center facility on the University of Oklahoma campus. The Hilton Garden Inn is located next to a variety of restaurants and a number of attractions including the Sooner Mall and Hollywood Theaters. The reduced rates are as follows:

One king-sized bed: $99.00 + tax
Two doubles: $99.00 + tax

The limited number of discounted rooms (30 total) will only be available until February 28, 2009 and is valid for the dates of March 23-27, 2009 (checkout on March 27). Reservations can be made online with Hilton using the following link. After providing your arrival and departure dates, enter CLIM into the “Group/Convention Code” section on the next page to secure the CPAS Workshop group rate. Reservations can also be made by calling the hotel directly at 405-579-0100 (or toll free at 1-877-STAY-HGI). To guarantee rate and room type please identify yourself as being with thee “Oklahoma Climatological Survey.”
