AgWeather
In cooperation with OCS, the Oklahoma State University's (OSU) Division of Agricultural
Sciences and Natural Resources and the Oklahoma Mesonet provide a host of
products for agricultural decision makers. Recent weather data, agricultural
models, and weather forecasts are included in this site.

K-12 Schools
OCS has an international reputation for its K-12
outreach activities, including providing unique data sets and
display
software to Oklahoma schools. The data and products can be
used in many educational activities, as demonstrated in our
online lessons.

OK-FIRST
A finalist for Harvard University's "Innovations in American
Government" award, OK-FIRST provides instant access to a
wealth of vital weather data for public safety agencies. These
data are crucial for the protection of Oklahoma lives and property,
as evidenced by the recent tornado outbreaks of May 3, 1999 and
October 4, 1998.
ARS
The United States Department of Agriculture and its Agricultural
Research Service (ARS) funds the operation of two micronets
in Oklahoma. One is located in the Little Washita Watershed,
while the other is in the Fort Cobb Watershed. Data from both
networks are maintained and quality assured by software and
personnel at the Oklahoma Mesonet. Live and archive data are
available at this site.
