OK-First is pleased to announce our Fall 2013 class schedule! OK-First training & weather/radar data access is available free of charge to city, county, state, regional, and tribal agencies with jurisdictional responsibilities in public safety. We have classes available for new agencies & participants to OK-First as well as our existing network of OK-First participants.
Agencies new to OK-First are required to have one person go through the OK-First 4-day Certification Class to become the Certified Participant for that agency. This class is also available for replacement Certified Participants. Additional staff at an agency are welcome to apply to this class, but be advised that preference will be given to accommodating as many agencies as possible. OK-First is offering one Certification Class this fall, which will be August 26-29, 2013 at the National Weather Center in Norman. Space is limited.
August 26-29, 2013 - Norman, OK - CLASS IS FULL
OK-First will be offering one 2-day class for new OK-First Assistants this fall. These shorter classes are intended for staff at an agency who will assist the Certified OK-First Participant with radar interpretation and weather support through OK-First. Attendance at this class establishes the attendees as OK-First Assistants for their agency.
September 4-5, 2013 - Norman, OK - CLASS IS FULL
